Newer spas have the baseplate affixed to the shell & door so if a clip breaks, it can be replaced by removing retention screws, removing broken clip, & sliding new clip in base.
Two opposing stainless screws lock it in place (included).
Choose between LONG (#2) for Z clips, and SHORT (#4) for L clips.
