Introduced in 2010. These are for 56 frame size motors, measuring 4-1/8 inch between mounting bolts. See nearby page for 48 Frame wet ends, and individual parts available.
More efficient design in it's third version. Slightly larger impeller intake with redesigned faceplate and flanged wear ring allows more flow with less power.
Parts are still available for the XP2 2nd gen. (First generation has no wear ring, and volute 0-ring is recessed in 'u' channel on faceplate)
NOTE: XP2 wear ring O.D. = 2.5 inches, NEW XP2e wear ring O.D. = 2.75 inches.
Choose HP rating in menu. The 56 FRAME SIZE has 1.5 (mfg# 91041915-000), 2HP (mfg# 91041920-000), 2.5HP (mfg# 91041925-000), 3HP (mfg# 91041930-000), 4 HP (mfg# 91041940-000).
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN VERSIONS IS IMPELLER, WEAR RING, AND FACEPLATE. All else is still available/interchangeable with XP2 version. These newer XP2e parts are sold separately, as they are part of all pumps sold after June 1 2010.
