All parts sold separately in menu. Notice 4 BOLT pump = 48 FRAME SIZE ULTIMA MODEL. Fluid transfer ports ( pegs ) can be drilled out for heat coil/heat jacket applications. Seal plate (10) fits ALL volutes, but there are two versions ( see inset pic) denoted by HP ranges.
Volutes: ST = Softub, yes, we have these in stock, used, in good condition. #1, 4, 5 = 1.5" suction and discharge. #2 = 2" suction with 1.5" side discharge. #3 = 2" suction with 2" side discharge.
Impellers: chosen by applicable HP, .5 far LEFT, up to 5HP shown RIGHT. Coded info normally found on colored dots on tube: .5HP = GREEN, .75HP=GREY, 1HP=GREY, 1.5HP=RED+GREEN, 2HP=RED, 3HP=RED+BLACK, 4HP=BLACK+GREEN+RED, 5HP=ORANGE+RED.
Drain Plug #6 -fits ALL pumps, ornig included.
Shaft Seal: #7 '201' seal, usually 2 piece, but older models early 90's & older used a 4-pc seal, which is the '201' with an added clear plastic up and rubber grommet in volute which can be re-used.
Bolt sets #8 - These are 1/4"-20 SAE hardware, sold as a set of 4; 3short, 1 long.
Volute Oring #9 -fits ALL pumps, lubricate with silicone grease for better sealing.
